Here at RK Jewelers, we do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders have approx. a 24-48 business hour processing time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) unless further verification is needed. To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Paypal as your payment method. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.

Watches takes upto 3-5 business days to process and ship as they are customized and kept under observation for 24 hours.

Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (24-48 business hours). Sizing and customization may require longer period of time in handling.

Various shipping carriers are used at our discretion (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen during checkout. Upon shipping out your order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an email confirmation. You may check the status of your order, as well as other details by logging in after purchasing.
